01 What areas do you serve?
All of Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties — including Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Coral Springs, Miami, Wynwood, Doral, Aventura, Boca Raton, Delray Beach and West Palm Beach.
02 Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. A $180 service minimum applies to all services, and roof cleaning carries its own minimum depending on whether the home is one or two storeys. Our instant quote calculator applies both automatically.
03 Do I need to be home during the service?
Usually not. As long as we can reach the areas being cleaned and an outdoor spigot if needed, we can complete most jobs without you there. Photos go out when the work is finished.
04 Is soft washing safe for my roof and stucco?
Yes. Soft washing uses low pressure and professional cleaning solution to lift algae and mildew, so the chemistry does the work rather than force. That’s what keeps tile, shingle, paint and screens undamaged.
05 Will the cleaning solution hurt my plants?
We wet down surrounding landscaping before we start and rinse thoroughly afterwards. Our solutions are biodegradable and safe at working dilution.
06 How often should I have my property cleaned?
In South Florida humidity, a full house wash once a year works for most homes. Driveways and walkways benefit from every 12 to 18 months, and roofs typically every two to three years depending on shade. Commercial storefronts usually run weekly or bi-weekly.
07 Can you work overnight or before we open?
Yes. Most commercial work is scheduled between 10pm and 6am so tenants and customers are never affected.
